We have received a used Gibson Limited Edition SG Reissue Bass in Corona Yellow from 2006.

The SG Bass is one of Gibson’s iconic short-scale basses.
This particular instrument is a Limited Edition model produced in 2006.

Another major highlight is its Corona Yellow finish. Its vibrant appearance, distinct from standard colors, lends this instrument the unique appeal of a limited-edition model.

The body and neck are crafted from mahogany, while the fingerboard is made of rosewood. In addition to the excellent playability characteristic of a short-scale instrument, you can enjoy the warm bass tones and rich midrange that are quintessentially Gibson.

It is equipped with Gibson original pickups. The thick, resilient sound makes it versatile for a wide range of genres, including rock.

The truss rod functions properly. The exterior shows signs of wear and aging. There are a few small chips in the finish on the headstock caused by impact, and some discoloration around the control cavity cover on the back of the body; however, these do not affect playability.

Even among the SG Bass models, which remain highly popular today, this instrument offers the unique appeal characteristic of a Limited Edition model.
