At this time of year, the lineup features two series: Traditional and High Performance. The “T” in this model’s name, 2017T, stands for Traditional.
It features a large pickguard reminiscent of designs from 1966 onward. This model has a satin finish and features simplified decorative elements, such as the inlays and binding.
It features a mahogany body and neck, paired with a rosewood fingerboard. The neck profile is slimmer than that of the 2016 model, making it comfortable even for players with smaller hands. Another notable feature is the aluminum bridge and tailpiece. It is equipped with a set of 490R/490T pickups.
Although it has a matte finish, there are areas where the finish has developed a sheen due to use, as well as spots where the finish itself has worn off from scuffing; the back of the neck also has areas where the color has faded.
Overall, there are visible scratches and dents, and the instrument shows signs of wear. There are sticker residue marks, as well as rust and tarnish on the metal parts.
Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use.
