ウディ・ガスリー サザンジャンボが中古にて入荷！
1942年に誕生したJ-45の上位機種にあたるサザンジャンボ。
サザンジャンボはバインディングやインレイなどの装飾が特徴のモデルで、本個体はアメリカのフォークシンガー「ウディ・ガスリー」の名がついたモデルで、2003年当時から生産されていました。
Made in USA、モンタナ工場製
戦時中の仕様をベースにし、バナーヘッド、バインディングなし指板、ファイヤーストライプ柄ピックガードなどが特徴的。
オールソリッドのラウンドショルダーボディは、Topにシトカ・スプルース、Side/Backにマホガニーを使用。
TopにはスキャロップドXブレーシングを施しています。
約43mmナット幅、24.75"ギブソンスケールのマホガニーNeckには、ダブルパラレログラムインレイを纏ったローズウッド指板を貼っています。
ヘッドには白つまみクルーソンタイプペグを装備。
元々はピックアップが取り付けられていたモデルですが、現在は外されてノンピックアップ仕様になっています。
* サドルは交換されており、エンドピンは非純正(大きめサイズ)、Neckヒール部にストラップピンが増設されています。
著名ギター工房にてメンテナンス済み！
ピックガード貼り直し、Top/Backのブレーシング剥がれ修正(接着・研磨)、サドル下駄調整済みです。
トラスロッドは左右60度まで確認済みにて問題なく、フレットはまだ充分残っています。
ボディ内部にはピックアップを取り外した跡が数か所残っています。
ボディTop中央左側に横線で塗装変化(恐らく弾き手の右手跡)が見受けられます。
ボディTopの指板エンド付近(6弦横側)に塗装クラックが見受けられます。(あまり目立ちません)
Neck裏にはラッカー塗装の干渉跡が見受けられます。
細かな打痕、擦り傷、引っかき傷、経年変化などが散在されますが、プレイアビリティは良好です！
ラウドで、一音一音の主張も素晴らしいサウンドです！
ピックストロークでもフィンガーでも、オールマイティに活躍してくれるでしょう！

A used Woody Guthrie Southern Jumbo has arrived!
The Southern Jumbo is the premium model of the J-45 series, which debuted in 1942.
The Southern Jumbo is a model known for its decorative bindings and inlays; this particular instrument is a model named after the American folk singer “Woody Guthrie” and has been in production since 2003.
Made in the USA at the Montana factory
Based on wartime specifications, it features a banner headstock, a binding-free fingerboard, and a fire-stripe pickguard.
The all-solid round-shoulder body features a Sitka spruce top and mahogany sides and back.
The top features scalloped X-bracing.
The mahogany neck, with a nut width of approximately 43 mm and a 24.75" Gibson scale, is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard featuring double parallelogram inlays.
The headstock is equipped with white-knobbed Kluson-style tuners.
Although this model originally came with a pickup, it has since been removed, making it a non-pickup configuration.
* The saddle has been replaced, the endpin is aftermarket (larger size), and an additional strap pin has been added to the neck heel.
Serviced at a renowned guitar workshop!
The pickguard has been reattached, loose bracing on the top and back has been repaired (re-glued and sanded), and the saddle shims have been adjusted.
The truss rod has been checked up to 60 degrees in both directions and is functioning properly; there is still plenty of fret life remaining.
There are several marks inside the body where the pickups were removed.
A horizontal line indicating a change in finish (likely from the player’s right hand) is visible on the left side of the center of the top.
A paint crack is visible near the end of the fingerboard on the top of the body (on the side of the 6th string). (It is not very noticeable.)
There are signs of lacquer interference on the back of the neck.
There are scattered minor dents, scuffs, scratches, and signs of aging, but playability is excellent!
It has a loud sound, and each note stands out beautifully!
Whether you play with a pick or your fingers, this guitar will perform exceptionally well in any situation!
