2011年にジャパン・リミテッドで製作された「1958 Les Paul Standard Figured VOS Sunrise Tea Burst」です。
杢の雰囲気やカラー、グローバー・ペグやR8でありながらR0のような薄めのネック・グリップなど、JPの愛機を彷彿とさせるスペックが魅力の一本です。
ピックアップはフロントに「Burstbucker 1」、リアにはカスタムショップが復刻したJPモデルで使用されたアルニコVを使用した「Custombucker」を搭載。
リア・ピックアップはノンカバードが選択されております(カバー付属)。
配線は元々がリアのVolノブのPush/Pullでミックス時にフェイズアウトとなる仕様でしたが、本機はアレンジされておりリアVolのポットは通常のCTS製に交換され、両トーン・ポットがPush/Pullタイプに交換されております。
フロントのトーン・ノブでミックス時のフェイズアウト、リアのトーン・ノブでリアのコイルタップが可能です。
元来のVOS仕上げに加えて若干の使用感(スレや拭きスジ、ピッキング痕、ノブ内部割れ、等)は見られるものの状態良好です。
入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・ガリ取り)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは左右60°度まで確認済みにて問題ない状態です。

This "1958 Les Paul Standard Figured VOS Sunrise Tea Burst" was produced as a Japan Limited in 2011.
The wood grain, color, Grover pegs, and R8 but R0-like thin neck grip are all reminiscent of JP's beloved machine.
The pickups are "Burstbucker 1" on the front and "Custombucker" on the rear, which uses the Alnico V used in JP's model reissued by Custom Shop.
The rear pickup is selected to be non-covered (cover included).
The wiring was originally designed to phase out when mixed by pushing/pulling the rear Vol knob, but this model has been rearranged so that the rear Vol pot has been replaced with a regular CTS pot and both tone pots have been replaced with Push/Pull type.
The front tone knob can be used to phase out the mix, and the rear tone knob can be used to coil tap the rear.
In addition to the original VOS finish, there are some signs of use (scuffs, scratches, picking marks, cracks inside the knobs, etc.), but it is in good condition.
The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and gurgling removal) upon arrival, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right.
