USED EDWARDS / E-FR-145GT/QM See Thru Black [3.56 kg / Manufactured in 2008]

This is the E-FR-130GT, an Edwards version of the Forest model from the ESP brand, which includes the ESP Navigator and Grassroots series.

It features a quilted maple top and ash body, a maple/walnut through-neck, an ebony fingerboard, a Floyd Rose Special tremolo with an arm-up cavity, and a 1-volume/1-tone/3-way selector/direct switch configuration.

Although production has now ended to much regret, this model offers the high playability of a through-neck construction and, thanks to the direct switch, is perfectly suited for live performances, including solos and machine-gun-style playing.

It is equipped with Seymour Duncan SH-1b and Seymour Duncan TB-4 pickups. The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller-style pins (no strap hardware on the strap side). There are signs of use, including scuffs and paint chips on the outer edges, small scratches and scuff marks, wear and wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, and discoloration, clouding, pitting, and rust on metal parts, among others.

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, truss rod adjustment, string replacement, action adjustment, octave adjustment, and deburring). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted both ways (tightening and loosening); operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
