This is a Gibson USA Les Paul Special Tribute Double Cut Satin, manufactured in 2019.

Introduced in the 1950s as an affordable model, the Les Paul Special has been beloved by guitarists of all kinds for its direct sound and pop-inspired looks. Featuring a distinctive pickguard and two P-90 single-coil pickups, it boasts a mahogany body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with a 43.05mm nut and 12R radius, medium scale length, and a Lightning Bar bridge.

This guitar’s appeal lies in the simple, straightforward, and rich tone produced by the P-90 single-coil pickups.

Signs of use are visible (including minor scratches and scuffs around the headstock and along the body’s outer edges; scuffs and wipe marks; a polished sheen on the back of the neck and the elbow area from playing; picking marks on the end of the fingerboard, the front pickup cover, and the pickguard; and tarnish and pitting on metal parts and screws, among other things).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, neck straightening, fretting, and deburring). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested up to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
