This is Epiphone’s Zakk Wylde Signature Model—the Zakk Wylde ZV Custom—manufactured in 2009.

The ZV Custom is characterized by its distinctive shape, which blends elements of the SG and Flying V. It features a mahogany body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, along with EMG-HZ pickups—which are passively driven and require no batteries—and “Custom”-exclusive decorative touches such as diamond inlays on the headstock and block position marks.

This signature model boasts a well-thought-out shape that provides stability whether playing seated or standing, delivering an overwhelming impact; it is a rare model with limited availability.

Signs of use are visible (including minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, and discoloration, tarnish, pitting, or rust on metal parts, among others).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). The frets are at a height that poses no problem for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; its operation has been verified up to ±60°.
