79-81 Lead I with 1 rear hum in stock!

Body is ash. The head serial and serial sticker on the body neck cavity match. Both Pots have been replaced with recent CTS and the year could not be identified. Head serials from this period range from 79 to 84. The neck is maple with a rounded rosewood fingerboard. The 3-way switch can be switched between single on the neck side, humbucker, and single on the bridge side, and the 2-way switch in the back can be switched between series and parallel when humbucker is selected. We have determined that this guitar was made in 79-81 because of the original single-size cavity on the neck side of the body and the aluminum foil on the entire backside of the original pickguard. The nut & frets are original.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, and stand burn. There is a scratch on the lower edge of the top of the body and a scratch on the lower right side of the body. There is a large stand burn on both sides of the body end strap pins. It is a shame! It would be perfect if it were not for this.... There is a scratch on the lower outer edge of the body back. There is a small scratch on the outer edge of the head. There are some scratches on the lower outer edge of the body back.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no string marks on the frets and about 80% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, the guitar is in good condition with no noticeable signs of use other than the pot replacement and burnt stand. The paint on the back of the neck shows how good it is. The Lead series was revived in Mexico in the past, but as you know, this "I" was not reissued. This is the long-awaited original! The body has a single cavity on the front side, so you can enjoy customizing it to "SS" or "SH"! The stand burn is a shame, though!

ボディはアッシュ。ヘッドシリアルとボディネックキャビティに貼られたシリアルシールは一致しております。両Potは最近のCTSに交換されており年式の特定に至りませんでした。この時期のヘッドシリアルは79年から84年まで多岐に渡ります。ネックはメイプルでラウンド貼りのローズウッド指板仕様。スケールは通常の25 1/2スケールでナット幅は約41mmです。3wayのスイッチはネック側シングル/ハムバッカー/ブリッジ側シングルと切り替えられ、後ろの2wayスイッチはハムバッカー選択時にシリーズ/パラレルの切り替えとなります。ボディネック側にシングルサイズのオリジナルキャビティがある事と、オリジナルピックガード裏面全体にアルミ箔があるので、79-81年製と判断しております。ナット&フレットはオリジナルです。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、スタンド焼けがあります。ボディトップ下部エッジ部分にスリキズがあり、右下部分には引っ掻きキズがあります。6弦側ホーン先端部分にはケース内張りとの塗装反応があります。ボディエンドストラップピン両脇に大きめのスタンド焼けがあります。惜しいっす!これがなかったらパーフェクトなんですけど・・・。ボディバック下部外周エッジ部分にはスリキズがあります。ヘッド外周部分には小さな当てキズがあります。各ハードウェアにはクスミはあるものの目立つ使用感はありません。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的にはポット交換とスタンド焼け以外は目立つ使用感はなく良好なコンディション。ネック裏の塗装状態をみてもらえば如何に良い分かってもらえると思います。以前メキシコで復活したLeadシリーズですが、御存知の通りこの『I』は復刻されませんでした。待望のオリジナルですよ!ボディにはフロント側にシングルサイズのキャビティがあるの『SS』や『SH』にカスタムを楽しむにもよいでしょう！にしてもスタンド焼けが惜しいっす!
