This limited edition model was produced to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Ibanez's flagship bass series, Soundgear.
This special model features a semi-hollow construction, and is distinctly different from the regular SR series basses, combining rich sound with a luxurious look and feel.
The body is a semi-hollow construction with a chambered finish, which gives the electric bass a natural acoustic sound and full mid-low range. It is characterized by its raw sound and fast response, and is well-balanced for both fingerpicking, slapping, and picking.
