This Japanese-made 5-string bass combines powerful sound with easy playability.

This 5-string model features an alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. With a 34-inch scale length and 22 frets, it incorporates Fujigen’s proprietary C.F.S. system to deliver precise intonation and smooth fingering.Equipped with Seymour Duncan SJ5-3n and SMB-5D pickups, it delivers a distinctive sound characterized by a thick, powerful low end and a clear attack. The control layout consists of two volume and one tone knobs, and the push-pull function on the tone knob enables coil tapping.

The bridge is the FGN FGBB-405. It supports the stable low-end characteristic of a 5-string bass and is compatible with through-body string routing. The distinctive “Azuki Metallic” finish—a subdued, reddish metallic color—gives the instrument a unique look that changes depending on how the light hits it.
With the current string height setting, raising the saddle height causes the fixing bolt to be too short to reach the screw hole on the bridge side, making it impossible to secure the saddle. The fixing bolt is included in the inner pouch of the case.
There are two scuff marks on the body end.
There are also some minor scuffs, but overall, the instrument shows very little wear.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
