First model change in 7 years on the occasion of the series' 40th anniversary - Versatile model BB734A with active/passive switchability
The YAMAHA BB has undergone a model change for the first time in seven years to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the series.
The design has been reviewed and refined into a modern design while retaining the atmosphere typical of the "BB series". The slimmer shape of the body and other parts has also improved playability. The 3-ply body and miter bolting neck joint have been newly adopted to thoroughly improve the body sound.
In addition to improving the efficiency of string vibration and body vibration, durability has also been improved, resulting in a slim yet tough sounding bass. In addition, the newly developed pickups have been installed to achieve a clearer sound with more presence, while maintaining the powerful, thick bass sound that is the hallmark of the "BB Series". This model is equipped with an active circuit that can also be switched to passive.

シリーズ発売40周年を迎えることを機に7年ぶりにモデルチェンジしたYAMAHA BBが登場致しました。
デザインの見直しを行い、「BBシリーズ」らしい雰囲気を残しながらも洗練された現代的なデザインに仕上げました。ボディなどの形状をスリムにしたことで、演奏性も向上しています。また3プライ(3層)構造のボディとマイター・ボルティング方式のネックジョイントを新たに採用し、ボディ鳴りの向上を徹底的に追求しました。
弦振動やボディ振動の効率の向上に加えて耐久性も向上し、スリムながらよく鳴るタフなベースとなっています。さらに新開発のピックアップを搭載し、「BBシリーズ」の特長である迫力のある太い低音はそのままに、より存在感のあるクリアなサウンドを実現しました。こちらはパッシブにも切り替え可能なアクティブサーキットを搭載したモデルです。

Please Note

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
