USED Gibson / Southern Jumbo, 2006, Sunburst [12]

The Gibson Southern Jumbo has arrived.
Compared to the J-45, it has a "tighter tone with a crisp, powerful sense of tension." With more decorative elements like binding and inlays, the body and neck are slightly stiffer, so the sound doesn’t get too wild when strummed. Instead, a thick, punchy sound with a solid core—that classic Gibson gritty, dry tone—is pushed forward.
Regarding condition, there are scattered scratches, dents, and cracks throughout the body. The metal parts show some tarnish and rust, and the neck has a slight twist (backward bow on the 6th string side and forward bow on the 1st string side), resulting in a slightly high-pitched tone. Additionally, the string height on the 6th string side is slightly higher than standard, but this does not interfere with playability. The instrument has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
