The BOSS "OD-1 OverDrive" is the origin of the overdrive.
Released in 1977 as the first BOSS compact effects pedal, this model pioneered the "OVERDRIVE" effects pedal genre.
This is the first model made in Japan, ACA adapter specification, full hyphen, lot no. 8200, made in 1979.
This is a rare gem with the characteristic silver screws of the first period, skeleton switch, Raytheon RC3403ADB quad op amp, and 052-281B base specifications.
The low end is tighter and more concentrated in the mids, producing a mild, sticky, and superb drive sound.
The first model has become scarce in recent years, and there are only a few of them left in existence.
The instrument is in relatively good condition, with only some paint peeling off, but the overall damage is minimal.
The LED indicator is for battery checker only, which is different from the current BOSS effector specifications.
Only the pedal guide bushings have been replaced with new ones.

There are scratches and other signs of use due to age.

1977年に初のBOSSコンパクトエフェクターとして発売され、「OVERDRIVE」というエフェクターのジャンルの先駆けとなったモデル。
日本製でACAアダプター仕様、ハイフンが全角、ロットNO.8200の1979年製の最初期モデル。
最初期の特徴的な銀ネジ、スケルトンスイッチ、レイセオン RC3403ADB クアッドオペアンプ、基盤は052-281Bの仕様の貴重な逸品です。
ローがタイトでよりミッドに集約されマイルドで粘りのある極上のドライブサウンドを生み出します。
最初期モデルは近年流通量も少なくなってきており、現存する個体も少ない希少なお品物でございます。
さらに本器は一部塗装の剝がれはあるものの全体のダメージも少なく比較的良コンディションの逸品です。
LEDインジケータはバッテリーチェッカー専用で、現在のBOSSエフェクターの仕様とは違っています。
ペダルガイドブッシュのみ新品に交換しております。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
