Introducing the new AR model, featuring a dark metallic color for a modern impression.

~Introduction~
The "AR (ARTIST)" model, a long-standing legend in the Ibanez guitar lineup.
Featuring an arched-top double-cutaway body, set-in neck, two escutcheon-mounted humbuckers, and distinctive hardware.
The AR series, built on this fundamental structure, remains immensely popular among guitar fans worldwide today as a model that carries on Ibanez's tradition.
In 2026, we will introduce a new model that reinterprets the AR.
A stage guitar that blends classic and modern elements, aimed at the thriving Soul/Jazz scene.

Okoume Wood Body
Features Okoume wood, known for its rich, warm low-mid sound reminiscent of mahogany.
Multi-binding around the body top adds a premium look and feel.

Jatoba Fingerboard
Features Jatoba wood, a hardwood with a reddish-brown grain and texture, known for its rich midrange tones.

Super 58 Metal-Covered Humbucking Pickup
The Super '58 pickup has earned a reputation among professionals as an Ibanez original pickup since the late 70s.
This classic pickup features Alnico magnets, delivering a warm tone and excellent response.
It also features two mini switches called the Tri-Sound Switch, allowing you to switch between "Series ⇔ Coil Tap ⇔ Parallel" wiring for the neck and bridge pickups respectively.

Gibraltar Performer Bridge
This zinc bridge features a design where the saddle's front-to-back adjustment screws are positioned on the tailpiece side.
The design allows a screwdriver to be inserted from the tailpiece side, making saddle adjustment easier.

Quik Change Classic Tailpiece
Features the iconic AR ornament with its distinctive shape.
The slit on the top enables quick and easy string changes.

Sure Grip III Knobs
A rubber grip is fitted to the top of the numbered knob to prevent slipping, combining easy control with high visibility.

アーチド・トップのダブル・カッタウェイ・ボディ、セット・イン・ネック、エスカッション・マウントされた2基のハムバッカー、そして特徴的なハードウェア類。
それらを基本構造とするARシリーズは Ibanezの伝統を受け継ぐモデルとして、現在に至っても世界中のギター・ファンから絶大な人気を集める存在です。
2026年、そのARを再解釈した新たなモデルを生み出します。
現在隆盛を見せるSoul/Jazzシーンに向けた、クラシックとモダンが融合するステージ・ギターです。

オコウメ材ボディ
マホガニー材に似た、ふくよかなあたたかみのあるロー・ミッド・サウンドが特長の オコウメ材を採用。
ボディ・トップ外周にマルチ・バインディングを施し、高級感を演出しています。

ジャトバ材 指板
赤褐色の木肌と木目を持つ硬質な木材で、ふくよかな中音域が特長のジャトバ材を採用。

Super 58 メタルカバード・ハムバッキング・ピックアップ
70年代後半からIbanezのオリジナル・ピックアップとしてプロの定評を集めてきたSuper‘58ピックアップ。
ウォームなトーンとレスポンスの良さが心地よい、アルニコ・マグネット採用の定番ピックアップです。
また、トライ・サウンド・スイッチと呼ぶミニ・スイッチを2つ備え、ネック側とブリッジ側ピックアップそれぞれを「シリーズ⇔コイルタップ⇔パラレル」配線で使い分けることが可能です。

Gibraltar Performer ブリッジ
サドルの前後調整ネジをテールピース側に配置した構造のZinc製ブリッジです。
テールピース側からドライバーを差し込む構造を採用したことで、サドルの前後調整をより簡単に行うことができます。

Quik Change Classic テールピース
ARのアイコンともいえる、独特なフォルムのオーナメントが特徴的なテールピースを採用しています。
上部に入れたスリットによって、スピーディかつイージーな弦交換が可能です。

Sure Grip III(シュアグリップ)ノブ
ナンバリング(目盛)が施されたノブの上部に滑りを防止するゴム製グリップを装着し、コントロールのしやすさと視認性の高さを両立しています。
