This model features the V7/V8 humbucker pickups, which were widely adopted during the late 1990s—the heyday of loud music.
The front pickup (V7) is characterized by powerful mids and clear high-end response, while the rear pickup (V8) is designed for low-end power.
The single-coil pickup is the S1, designed specifically to complement the V7/V8.
