The Salen model has been well received and loved by guitarists who wanted all the benefits of the groundbreaking Boden model, but in a slightly more traditional looking single cutaway package. However, there was one feature missing that has been requested for years. Tremolo. Finally, Salen has added an EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo bridge and dual humbuckers for outstanding versatility and top-class performance.

The Salen Classic NX 6 Tremolo Black was designed, engineered, and built to be the most versatile Salen model to date. The EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo system allows Salen to produce a wide range of vibrato effects and textures that were previously only possible on Boden models with the same tremolo system. Robust, sturdy, smooth, and reliable, the EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo is easy to operate and stays in tune. .strandberg* OEM humbuckers are specially designed and wound to our specifications to faithfully transfer the guitar's unique natural acoustic characteristics to your amp system. 5-way switch is custom wired for the most versatile coverage of a variety of musical genres offering the most versatile set of humbucker and single coil sounds to cover a variety of musical genres.
