Gibson / 1983 Les Paul Spotlight Special Antique Sunburst is in stock!

This is the 79th model made in 1983, which is a very rare and valuable model with only 211 pieces made.

The Spotlight Special has a very unique appearance. Solid mahogany body with a walnut strip in the center of the body and quilted maple on both sides of the strip. The neck looks like a one-piece neck, but it is made of a 3-piece mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, which is the most common material configuration.

Pot Date is original with Vol(N)137804X, Tone(N)137825X, Vol(B)13XXXXX, Tone(B)137830X. Condenser is also original. The pickups are stamped Patent No. 2,737,842 with engraved numbered number, also stamped in 1983.

Other major parts such as nut, frets, pegs and jack are original. There are some dents and scratches, but it is still in beautiful condition. The truss rod has plenty of room, and playability is excellent.

Only 211 of these premium pieces were made, so please consider this an opportunity to own one.

僅か211本しか作られていない大変希少価値の高いモデル、本機は1983年製、79番目の個体となります。

Spotlight Special特徴は何と言ってもこの見た目。ソリッドマホガニーボディにボディ中央にウォルナットのストリップがあり、ストリップの両側にキルトメイプルが貼られています。ネックは1ピースにも見えますが、3ピースマホガニーネックにローズウッド指板という王道マテリアル構成です。

Pot DateはVol(N)137804X、Tone(N)137825X、Vol(B)13XXXXX、Tone(B)137830Xのオリジナル。コンデンサーもオリジナルです。ピックアップはPatent No 2,737,842の刻印が入った刻印ナンバード、こちらも83年のスタンプがございます。

その他ナットやフレット、ペグやジャックなど主要部はオリジナルの個体です。一部ネジ交換やエスカッションの変形、トップの塗装割れなどある程度の使用感や打痕などもございますがキレイな状態を保った個体です。トラスロッドも余裕があり、プレイアビリティも良好です。
