The Historic Select 1958 Les Paul Reissue, produced by order from Ishibashi Musical Instruments in 2015, is now in stock!

The Historic Select Series shares the same basic specifications as the True Historic Series, which pursues an unprecedented level of Custom Shop quality.
* The medallion on the switch plate and the serial number are different.

Unlike the True Historic Series, which had a cap on the number of guitars produced per year, this model retains all the benefits of the True Historic Series and allows customers to request factory-selected woods, any custom color, pickups, hardware and other parts. The newest model in the Gibson Custom lineup is the "True Historic Series", which is a top-of-the-line Gibson Custom model.

The new arrival is a hand-picked model using locally selected wood by the staff of Ishibashi Musical Instruments.
Based on a 1958 Les Paul, it has a thin, slim neck, gold Grover pegs (with raised peg posts), and the original Crewson pegs on the back of the head.
The back of the head shows the original cruson pegs that were mounted on it, which shows the company's advanced aging technology and commitment to this model.
The tone of each pickup can be coil-tapped, and overall, the guitar was produced to JP specifications.

The original model seems to be from the VOS to aged period, so it is difficult to judge the usage of the instrument, but there are no parts that would be a big problem for playing or appearance.

It is recommended as a collector's item, as it still has many accessories from when it was sold new, including the original hard case, certificate of authenticity, hand-selected certificate, and pre-pack check list with date.
