A special 2016 model, True Historic 1959 Les Paul Reissue Hand Picked Grover Vintage Cherry Sunburst, which was hand picked by visiting the local Gibson Custom Factory!

This is a very beautiful Les Paul that shows various expressions depending on the angle you look at it with the raised top and the overall shaking of the heavily flamed surfaces. It is also equipped with Grover pegs. The specifications are fixed, and only three types of colors are available for this custom True Historic model. It can be said that this is truly a superb 59 Les Paul that was made possible by hand-picking on site.

The pickups are the same as before, with Alnico 3 magnets and Custom Bucker coils with slightly different number of coils. It is characterized by a fat bass tone with rich overtones and a bright sound with a good punch. The sound is bright, but without any high-frequency tininess, and the sharp edges have been removed, making it sound very familiar, as if it has been played for years. It has a very familiar sound as if it has been played for years.

The body is double-stepped CNC rough carved and hand sanded to reproduce the graceful body curves and neck shape characteristic of the 1950s. The neck shape is based on the Les Paul shape that Edwin Wilson himself felt was most appropriate for the 59 shape after scanning 3D data from a large number of vintage Les Pauls under the supervision of Edwin Wilson at the time. It is very comfortable and smooth feeling in the hand.

There are some small dings and scratches, but it is in relatively clean condition and has good playability including the truss rod.
