Gibson Custom Shop / Murphy Lab 1959 Les Paul Reissue Ultra Light Aged in used condition!

Serial: 91252, made in 2021. Based on one of the most popular Les Paul's of all time, the 1959 Les Paul, the model we have in stock features a light weather check and light aged hardware to recreate the condition it has been carefully kept in its case.

The top is made of flame maple with movement, the back is mahogany, the neck is also mahogany, and the fingerboard is rosewood, a royal material. The neck shape is 50s Rounded Medium C with rolled binding and almost no fret wear.

The pickups are the "Custombucker Alnico III" that has been a staple of recent reissue models. The wiring is a vintage Les Paul with Luxe Bumblebee condensers and vintage curves on the pots. The sound can be used for a wide range of applications, from sweet and mellow sounds to intense rock sounds.

The guitar has Murphy Lab's unique aging process, and although it is Ultra Light Aged, it is a very atmospheric piece. Scratches and dents are difficult to judge due to the aged finish, but it is in beautiful condition with little signs of use. Of course, playability is also good.
