For customers residing in Japan
Fender Japan 5-string Jazz Bass manufactured during the Fujigen era.
Based on that Fender Japan JBV, this is one that has been customized in sound, operability, and visuals.
Powerful pickups, DiMarzio DP547 on the front and DiMarzio DP548 on the rear, are mounted. The range from low to high is extended, producing a fat, clear, yet richly detailed sound image. While maintaining the naturalness of the original passive pickups, it is filled with a presence that even the player's breath can be heard.
On the hardware side, a Babitz bridge is used for stable tuning and high transmission of string vibration. The response to play and ease of positioning have also been improved, providing a sense of security even during intense playing.
All internal electrical components have been replaced with highly reliable ALPHA pots, ensuring durability and a good feel for operation. The control knobs have been changed to metal, combining vintage and modern design with exquisite looks and a solid feel.
There is a big paint peeling on the back contour. There is a paint chip on the side of the left cutaway.
There is a crack on the neck joint.
Overall, there are scratches, dents, and metal rust, and the instrument shows signs of use.
There is no noticeable abnormality on the neck, and there are no problems with the playing condition.
