USED Epiphone / Limited Edition EJ-160E Vintage Sunburst [Made in 2024]

This is an Epiphone Limited Edition EJ-160E, made in 2024.

This is the Epiphone version of the Gibson J-160E, which is known to have been a favorite of "John Lennon" who was a member of The Beatles.

Round shoulder style, solid spruce on the BODY TOP, plywood mahogany on the SIDE and BACK, and gloss finish on both BODY and NECK. The most distinctive feature is the stacked P-100 magnetic pickups mounted between the BODY TOP fingerboard edge and the sound hole.

This makes it a "15th fret joint" instead of the conventional 14th fret joint. This is similar to how Gibson used to make round-shoulder acoustic guitars with 14-fret joints by leaving the 12-fret joint body in place and sliding the neck out two frets from the body. The volume and tone can be controlled with knobs.

Combined with the fact that it has magnetic pickups instead of piezo pickups, it is recommended to put strings for electric guitars.

It shows some signs of use (scratches and play marks, picking marks on the pickguard film, fogging of metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough to play well.
