USED Epiphone / LPS-80 Cherry Sunburst [10]

The head shape is the so-called Epiphone Japan model made in Japan, the same as Gibson. It is a post-Orville model that lasted for many years. The production period is short, and the serial law is unknown, but probably made in 2000.
Maple top and mahogany back, deep-jointed mahogany neck. The PU is original, and each pot has been replaced with CTS. The nut has been replaced.

There are scratches, scuffs, dents, and peeling paint on the body. The pickguard has picking scratches all over. There is a pea-sized peel of paint on the lower right edge of the top of the body. The lower center of the body top is dotted with dents the size of a grain of rice. There is a ding on the left neck of the body side, the size of a grain of rice. There are also some dents and peeling paint around the strap pins at the end of the body due to tightening. There is a crack on the jack plate due to aging, but it is not a problem for use. The lower left edge of the body back has some paint peeling, and there are signs of attempted touch-up on the area where the fabric has appeared. There are also some dents, peeling paint, and scratches on the outer edges of the body, giving the impression of use. There are a few scratches on the center of the back of the body, but not many. There are a few dents and small paint chips in the center of the low position on the back of the neck. There is also a ding on the back of the nut that is the size of a grain of rice. There are some dents and paint peeling around the head, giving the impression of use. There are some chinks in the chrome on some of the hardware, but these are surprisingly minor.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no string marks on the frets, and about 60-70% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 6th string (12F) and about 1.5mm on the 1st string (12F).

Overall, there are some signs of use such as dents and peeling paint, but the neck area is still usable without any problems! You can replace the pickups and enjoy it because it is made in Japan and has solid potential! There is an Epiphone model with a Chinese Gibson head recently, why not consider this one as well?
