USED Ovation / Elite Plus C2078AXP-KOA Natural Transparent 2016 [10]

2016 Ovation in stock, made in Korea, with a high-end core body!

We have determined that it was made in 2016 based on the shape of the epaulettes, contoured rela cord, etc. and serial number.
The "Elite Plus" features a high-end top and X-scalloped bracing.
The body thickness is deep-ball, with ample raw sound and contoured relacord for a good fit unlike past models. The body top is plywood core. The epaulettes are made of embedded maple, creating a sense of breathing. The neck is made of 5pcs maple-mahogany, and is not the V-shape of past models, but more of a C-shape. The scale is 641mm, the nut width is about 43mm, the fingerboard surface is rosewood, and the fingerboard R is 10 inches. The preamp is an OP-PRO STUDIO.

There are minor wiping scratches on the body top, and there are binding correction marks. The lower left edge of the body top is about 5 cm long, and there is evidence of peeling or something repaired between the wood and the binding, and there is evidence of overspray on the lower outer edge.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no noticeable string marks on the frets, and about 90% of the frets are left. The current string height is adjusted at about 2.2mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side. The saddle height is still there and there is still room for adjustment here.

Overall, there are some binding modification marks, but they have been properly taken care of and there is no other noticeable damage. The string height is set low and has good raw sound!

Neck condition is fine.
Adjustable truss rod can be tightened or loosened.
About 70% frets remaining.
