African mahogany body and back, flamed maple (wing), flamed maple

Bubinga wood (center section) body top combined with a 3-dimensional arched SR body.
The material choice was made in pursuit of the rich mid-low range characteristics essential to the bass sound, as well as the attack and crisp high range characteristics.
In addition, the contrast between the Caribbean green and natural colors, along with the flame maple wood grain, is a beautiful feature. (wax gloss finish).

The "Big Break" pickup is a jointly developed pickup by Ibanez and Nordstrand, modeled after the excellent tone character of Nordstrand's standard pickup, the Big Single. The pickup was jointly developed by Ibanez and Nordstrand.

Active 3-band EQ with 3-pattern mid-band frequency switch & EQ bypass switch

The mid-range frequency band, which is the key to the bass sound, can be switched between 250Hz, 450Hz, and 700Hz by toggling the switch.
The EQ bypass switch can also be used as a passive bass (when bypassed: Treble, Treble, Treble, Treble, and Treble). (When bypassed, the Treble knob controls the tone.)

Premium Fret Edge Treatment
The fret edges are spherically treated to reduce the resistance of the fret edges against the fingers during fingering and provide a higher level of playing comfort.

Gotoh machine heads are known for their high precision, smoothness, and tuning stability.
