The first-generation model of Yamaha’s Silent Guitar series, featuring nylon strings!

This is the first model in Yamaha’s “Silent Guitar” series, featuring a unique frame structure without a soundbox. While significantly reducing acoustic noise, it allows you to enjoy a natural playing feel and the rich sound unique to nylon strings.
Not only can you play without worrying about disturbing others—such as at night or in apartment buildings—but its lightweight and compact design also makes it highly practical for transport and storage.

Regarding its condition, there are dents, scratches, and some tarnish and rust on the metal parts; it shows signs of aging and wear commensurate with its age.
The neck has a slight forward bow, with minor warping and twisting. As a result, the string action at the 12th fret is approximately 3.3 mm on the 6th string side and approximately 2.5 mm on the 1st string side. The truss rod has been confirmed to move up to 60 degrees in both directions.
The frets have been leveled, so there are no significant irregularities, and approximately 60% of the original fretting material remains.

The electronics function properly, but noise occurs when switching the REVERB switch. Please note that the instrument will be delivered in its current condition.

A genuine soft case and power adapter are included.
