USED GIBSON USA / ES-175 Reissue Vintage Burst [04]

We have received a used 2005 Gibson USA ES-175 Vintage Sunburst.

The ES-175, with its full-acoustic construction, continues to enjoy enduring popularity.

The body top, back, and sides are all crafted from beautiful laminated maple, while the neck is made of solid mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard.

The headstock features the Gibson logo and crown inlays, and is equipped with Kluson Gibson Deluxe Double Line/Single Ring tuners.
The 20-fret bound neck features the double parallelogram inlays also found on the ES-345 and Southern Jumbo models, and the neck shape—neither too thin nor too thick—makes it extremely comfortable to play.

It is equipped with two “57 Classic” pickups, known for their reliability and trustworthiness.
With a well-balanced frequency range—featuring rich mids, solid lows, and sparkling highs—this guitar is versatile enough to handle everything from jazz and funk to rock, depending on how you play it.

Nickel hardware is used, including a Blanko tailpiece and a wired ABR-1.
The rear volume knob has been replaced.

Overall, there are some scratches and small dents from use, as well as paint damage such as weather checking. There are signs that tape was once applied over the serial number on the back of the headstock.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain, and we have confirmed that the truss rod turns 60 degrees in both directions.
