USED Martin / D12-35, manufactured in 1979 [09]

A 12-string version of the D-35, featuring a three-piece back.
The top is Sitka spruce, the sides and back are rosewood, the neck is mahogany, and the fingerboard and bridge are ebony.

We have performed neck straightening, refretting, fingerboard leveling, fret leveling, re-gluing of loose bracing in 8 places, and repair of a detached bridge.
The top has developed a bulge, and the tuning pegs on the low-string side are slightly stiff. The guitar will be delivered in its current condition.
There are scratches and dents on the headstock, scuff marks on the fingerboard, and scratches and dents with dents on the back of the neck.
There are numerous scratches and dents on the body; playing scratches are visible around the pickguard and soundhole, and there is a step in the binding at the body end.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
The cord connecting the lid of the included case has snapped, causing the lid to flap open and fall back on itself when opened.
