An authentic model that recreates the golden-era Les Paul with modern-day quality

The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom Tak Matsumoto 1955 Les Paul Standard is a signature model based on the 1955 Les Paul Goldtop. Its mahogany body and maple top construction, featuring a long tenon joint, delivers a rich tone and excellent sustain.

Equipped with authentic features such as Gibson Burstbucker PRO pickups, CTS pots, and '50s-style wiring, it handles a wide range of sounds, from thick, rich tones to clear, cutting lead tones. The direct resonance provided by the wrap-around bridge is another appealing feature.

Boasting a high level of craftsmanship in both appearance and sound, this is a well-rounded instrument that combines practicality with collectible value.

There are signs of use, such as minor scratches, dents, and some discoloration on the parts.
We have performed a fret leveling due to some indentations observed on the frets.
The neck is in good condition, and the instrument plays well.
