This product was jointly developed by Kentaro Nakao and Earthquaker Devices.
The Scrolls is a bass preamp capable of reproducing any electric bass sound ever heard in history—from Motown to metal, and everything in between, as well as other genres.
It features a distortion channel that sounds as if it were born from a vacuum tube, and an EQ channel equipped with three button switches that allow you to aggressively fine-tune the sound in each frequency band. The balanced XLR output lets you directly route the signal through an analog speaker cabinet simulator.The parallel output on the top of the unit splits the signal via a buffer to deliver the purest possible unprocessed sound. Combined with the effects loop located between the distortion and EQ channels, the Scrolls serves as the brain of your bass sound on the pedalboard. From modern to old-school, this bass preamp offers reliable versatility for any sound and any performance situation.
It shows slight signs of use but is in good condition. It functions perfectly.
