A major feature of this unit is the Mist control—which handles low-end shaping—and can be independently turned on or off. Since you can switch between using it as a clean boost and a drive sound right at your feet, it offers flexible tone shaping within a song. Furthermore, by combining this with the Bite control for high-end adjustment, you can finely tune the balance between clarity and body.

Designed to go beyond a simple distortion pedal and also function as a preamp, it’s well-suited for use with the feature constantly ON to lay the foundation for your tone. This model is highly recommended for players looking to emphasize attack when playing with a pick or to enhance their presence in rock-style sounds.
