For customers residing in Japan
We’ve just received a 1967 Gretsch Tennessean.
The “Tennessean,” introduced in 1958 as a signature model for Chet Atkins, was originally marketed as a younger sibling to the 6120 and 6122 models. In 1961, it was updated to a two-pickup configuration and given its current appearance.

This particular guitar, built in 1967 during the early Baldwin era, is equipped with Hi-Rotron pickups. It delivers a lively acoustic tone and the crisp, distinctive sound characteristic of Hi-Rotron pickups, evoking a truly vintage atmosphere.

The entire guitar has been over-lacquered, and while it shows signs of wear appropriate for its age—such as cracks and repairs in the binding, scratches, dents, weather checking, and paint peeling—it retains a dignified, vintage-style appearance.
The frets have been replaced and have about 5 minutes’ worth of life remaining; the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
