USED LUDWIG / 1970s LM400 Supraphonic 14x5 Snare Drum [20]

A Blue Olive LM400 from the 1970s.
A classic Ludwig snare drum considered the foundation of snare drumming.
This model features a seamless construction made from an aluminum alloy known as Radioloy, finished with a chrome plating.
Used by numerous professional musicians and often featured in drum plug-ins, this is the quintessential snare drum.

* After we received this item, we replaced both snare heads.

Some of the tuning lugs have been replaced, so they are not all the same length.
The badge is slightly loose, and there is engraving on the shell beneath it.
There are numerous signs of overall dulling, rust, and peeling of the chrome plating.
