This is the EWI-5000 wind synthesizer from Akai.
It has a wide variety of built-in voices including realistic wind instrument and synthesizer sounds, and the parameter knobs and sensors allow detailed expression.
The EWI-5000 can also output audio wirelessly, allowing cable-free performance.

There are some signs of use and minor scratches throughout, but there is no noticeable damage.
It has been inspected by the manufacturer and is in good working order.
Repair: Manufacturer's inspection, maintenance, and operation checked.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.
