USED GIBSON CUSTOM / Standard Historic 1959 Les Paul Heavy Aged BB Cover Burst [20]

The Standard Historic Series features are based on the 2014 Historic Collection, and the fingerboards are glued with traditional hide glue (nickel glue), which provides a direct sound with a tight ground surface, just like vintage.
The long studs and long anchor, which have a significant impact on the sound, and the old-style tubeless truss rod are the result of Gibson Custom's tireless research and attention to detail.
The binding, inlay, and tuners are close to the originals.
The "True Historic" and "Historic Select" were the top grade at the time, but they were expensive, so this series revived the so-called "Hiscolle" series.
The head serial number starting with "R" is the main feature of this series.
The body top has excellent contents that are typical of 59 grade.
The moderately thick figured body has a deep and deep tone, but it also has a wild flex, and it can be said that it is a rare existence that has both high quality beauty and Les Paul-like wildness.
The coloring is "BB Cover Burst," a custom color inspired by the cover of "Burst Believers. The heavy aged finish on this model gives it an unmistakable look and feel.
Although the PU is not specified, it seems to be an "E-Bucker" from its specifications and low DC resistance value.
The sound is even tighter and faster than that of the Custombucker, which is a characteristic that connoisseurs will love.

Overall, there are no noticeable signs of aging.
There are some minor picking scratches on the pickguard.
There are also some aniline die stains on each binding area, but this is one of the common aging effects. There are some scuff marks on the back plate.
Each hardware has some signs of aging, but the feeling of use is minimal.
